Job Title Vice President Director Copper Tubes Pipes Wires Plant Experience 15 to 20 Years Location South Gujarat Work Mode On-Site Project Type Greenfield Department Manufacturing Operations Industry Non-Ferrous Metals Copper Tube Manufacturing Job Brief One of our esteemed clients is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President Director to lead and oversee the entire operations of their copper tube manufacturing business This strategic leadership position is responsible for providing clear direction driving operational excellence optimising costs and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality across all plant units while ensuring alignment with the company s broader business objectives The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities deep industry expertise and a proven track record in scaling high-efficiency copper production operations Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for all plant heads and production units tubes pipes and sheets Drive operational efficiency quality and productivity across all production units while meeting budgetary and delivery timelines Lead capacity expansion modernisation and technology upgradation initiatives in line with global best practices Ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment from raw material sourcing to final dispatch in coordination with procurement and logistics Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and ensure uninterrupted production Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE Health Safety Environment statutory and regulatory norms Develop and track KPIs across plants and units driving performance improvements and cost reduction Collaborate with R D Sales Marketing and Business Strategy teams for product innovation and market alignment Mentor coach and develop senior plant leadership and build succession pipelines Support sustainability and ESG Environmental Social Governance initiatives at the operational level Qualifications B E B Tech Metallurgy Mechanical Chemical MBA preferred 20 to 25 years of experience in copper manufacturing operations with at least 10 to 15 years in leadership roles overseeing multiple plants Proven track record in managing large-scale operations for copper tubes pipes and sheets Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma TPM and up-to-date manufacturing practices Hands-on experience in driving automation digitisation and process excellence initiatives Excellent leadership people management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth and compliance-driven environment Key Performance Indicators KPIs Improvement in production efficiency and yield Reduction in cost per tonne of output On-time delivery performance and adherence to quality standards Downtime reduction and maintenance effectiveness Safety performance incident rates and compliance with regulatory standards Employee engagement satisfaction and retention metrics Why Join Us Be part of a new and exciting venture with strong backing Opportunity to lead a plant Work with experienced and committed promoters A chance to create lead and grow something meaningful from the ground up Application Instructions If you want to grow with us we would love to hear from you Please send your updated resume to or apply directly through this platform Note We value every application Due to the high volume of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Your understanding is appreciated in this regard
