Venue Manager – DestinMe Location: Vattinagulapally, Kokapet, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time About DestinMe DestinMe is a rapidly growing hospitality brand operating premium private retreats, event venues, luxury farmhouses, and boutique stays across India. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our flagship property, DestinMe HY-Nine Retreat.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the retreat and event venue.

- Handle walk-in enquiries, venue tours, and convert leads into bookings.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage on-site employees.
- Coordinate event setup and ensure smooth execution of weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and private stays.
- Monitor property maintenance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting related to electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance, and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B; supplies.
- Support food & beverage operations during events and guest stays.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and SOP compliance across the property.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with the management team.





Requirements - 3–6 years of experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, farmhouses, event venues, or property management.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage daily operations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance.
- Experience handling housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Basic understanding of food & beverage operations is preferred.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on weekends and during events.

Preferred

Candidates - Experience in resorts, boutique hotels, banquet venues, clubs, or hospitality operations.

- Background in hospitality management or hotel operations.
- Strong sales orientation with confidence in handling walk-in customers and closing bookings.
