Role: Vendor Manager - AI Data Collection & Annotation

What you'll do

- Manage and coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and data partners.
- Handle end-to-end AI data collection and annotation workflows.
- Track vendor performance, quality, productivity, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation.

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in AI Data Collection & Annotation industry.
- Experience managing vendors or external teams.
- Understanding of image, text, video, audio, or language data projects.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

- Exposure to annotation tooling, QC processes, or data pipeline workflows.
- Experience working with global or distributed vendor teams.
