Role & Responsibilities :
- Perform hardware bring-up and low-level debugging on NXP, NVIDIA, TI, and Renesas-based platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux BSP software components.
- Develop and enhance Linux kernel features, device drivers, OpenSBI, U-Boot, and Yocto/OpenEmbedded build environments.
- Build, customize, and optimize Embedded Linux distributions.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain SDKs, BSPs, and software tools for embedded platforms.
- Debug multicore embedded systems using GDB, OpenOCD, Lauterbach, or similar tools.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to open-source Linux and RISC-V ecosystem initiatives.
Required Skills :
- 3 to 8 years of Embedded Linux software development experience.
- Robust programming skills in C/C .
- Hands-on experience with Linux BSP, Linux Kernel, Device Driver Development, Board Bring-up.
- Experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded, U-Boot, OpenSBI.
- Good understanding of Linux kernel internals, memory management, interrupts, scheduling, and synchronization.
- Experience with multicore embedded system debugging.
- Hands-on knowledge of Git, Makefiles, Cross Compilation Toolchains, Linux Shell Scripting.
- Experience working on NXP, NVIDIA, TI, Renesas, ARM, or similar embedded platforms.
- Strong debugging skills using GDB, OpenOCD, Lauterbach, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have :
- RISC-V architecture knowledge.
- QEMU, virtualization, or hypervisor experience.
- LLVM or compiler technologies.
- AI/ML accelerator runtime or toolchain exposure.
- Python programming.
- CI/CD and automated testing experience.
- Open-source Linux kernel contribution experience.
