Preferred Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in the Building Material Industry (Sanitaryware, Bathware, Tiles, Pipes, Paints, Plywood, Cement, Steel, Adhesives, Hardware, or related products).
Strong experience in dealer/distributor management and market development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Positive communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve business targets for the assigned territory.
Appoint and develop dealers/distributors.
Strengthen relationships with channel partners, retailers, builders, architects, and contractors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business operations.
