We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user interface requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate design concepts effectively.
