We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces and a solid understanding of user experience principles. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
