About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and development teams.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
- Apply user-centred design principles and Design Thinking methodologies throughout the design process.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- MCA or B.Tech/B.E.



in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.5 (on a scale of 10).

Essential Skills

- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
- Proficiency in User-Centred Design, Interaction Design, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Inkscape, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform UI consistency.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability guidelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in Web UI/UX Design.
- Experience designing enterprise or customer-facing web applications will be preferred.
