Job Requirements:
1. 6–10 years of overall industry experience with strong leadership skills.
2. Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
3. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and relational database queries.
4. Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology and working in a collaborative workplace.
