The ideal candidate should be experienced in understanding user behavior, conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and behaviors to improve product usability.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design discussions.
