This is not a remote position. You must report to our office near IT Park, Dehradun.

Salary Range: INR 40K - 60K/month

Responsibilities:

- Process vendor bills and receipts with 100% accuracy
- Process bill payments while monitoring available bank balance closely to avoid overdrafts
- Remit & file sales tax
- Process payroll on time with 100% accuracy
- Post transactions to the correct Chart of Accounts
- Reconcile bank, loan, and credit card accounts
- Communicate with American business owners to resolve complicated accounting issues
- Complete monthly audits to find bookkeeping errors and clean them up
- Generate monthly reports & review them for accuracy & correct insights

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Excellent English & Ability to understand and be understood by American clients




- At least 3 years of experience in Quickbooks Online for USA (American clients)
- Willingness to relocate to Dehradun, Uttarakhand
- Familiarity with using AI such as ChatGPT or Claude to solve problems
- Growth mindset & the ability to creatively solve problems

Work Policies:

- In person at our office near IT Park, Dehradun. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.
- 10 AM - 6 PM IST - Monday to Friday
- Indian holidays off: 12 - 13 days annually
- Total paid leaves including sick days, holidays, etc: 24 days annually

Special Note: We value the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently of your manager. This is not a "data entry" job. You will be responsible for full charge bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients, delivering the entirety of the accounting services for them. As such, you must be willing and able to solve problems and think for yourself.
