Role & responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates for US-based IT and non-IT positions.

- Screen candidates through phone calls and evaluate their suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Meet recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

- 2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs can apply.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Willing to work in US Night Shifts.

- Solid interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
