Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a US Shift Freight Broker with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

The Freight

Broker will coordinate and manage freight movements for US-based clients, including sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling load planning and dispatching, tracking shipments, resolving transport issues, and maintaining clear communication with carriers and customers throughout the shipping lifecycle. The role involves building and managing customer and carrier accounts, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Freight





Broker will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize lane utilization, improve service levels, and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and load coordination.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional client communication.

Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to assign loads, monitor transit, and ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Candidates should possess Account Management skills to develop, maintain, and grow customer and carrier relationships.

Relevant experience in US logistics or transportation operations, preferably in a brokerage or 3PL environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in US shift hours.

Proficiency with transport management systems, load boards, and basic MS Office tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple tasks, and make decisions under time constraints.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
