We are looking for a proactive STEM OPT Recruiter to source, engage, and qualify international STEM graduates on OPT/STEM OPT. The ideal candidate should have experience with LinkedIn recruiting, candidate outreach, and US staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Source STEM OPT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on education, visa status, skills, and experience.
- Conduct initial qualification calls and maintain candidate records.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of STEM OPT candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and meet hiring targets.
- Stay updated on OPT/STEM OPT hiring trends and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or US staffing (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter,



Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Understanding of F-1, OPT, and STEM OPT is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
