Responsibilities

- Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job duties, required qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Sourcing Talent: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening Candidates: Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess skills, experience, and fit, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Onboarding:



Support new hires during the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Staying Updated: Stay informed about recruitment trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements

- Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
