We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Payroll Associate to join our Finance team. As a US Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, including US payroll processing, taxation, timekeeping, and perks administration, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

What to expect in your journey:

- US Payroll Processing: Administer and process bi-weekly or monthly US payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

- US Payroll Accounting: Handle payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.

- Timekeeping: Review and verify employee timesheets to ensure accurate payroll inputs.

- US Payroll Taxation: Manage FICA tax calculations, reporting, and remittances; support preparation of Form 941 and W-2 filings.

- Benefits & Garnishments:



Process employee benefit deductions and wage garnishments in accordance with legal requirements.

- Employee Support: Address employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality.

- Reconciliation: Perform regular payroll reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with company policies.

What you bring to the table

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in a global organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

- Hands-on experience with Pay cor, ADP Workforce, 2 yrs with Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Solid understanding of US payroll processing, taxation, benefits, and garnishments
