Position Details

Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 - 6 Years

Location: Noida (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update ATS regularly.




- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 1 - 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing
- Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen)
- Experience with sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
