We are looking for a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and timelines

Required Skills:

- Experience in US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in US shifts
