? Experience: 3–6+ Years in US IT Recruitment

? Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals approx 3+ years for Contract (C2C/W2/1099) and Full-time positions.

Work on requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS accounts.

Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed for candidate sourcing.

Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, and work authorization.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate compensation/rates and manage offer discussions.

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Maintain candidate information in the ATS/CRM system. ? Interested candidates can share their resume
