Role: US IT Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Hyderabad - India ( onsite )

Salary: Depending on Experience Roles and Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job boards and networking platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Manage the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, including resume screening, initial interviews, technical assessments, candidate coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.

•⁠ ⁠Work extensively with W2 and C2C hiring models, supporting candidates such as U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B professionals.

•⁠ ⁠Utilize diverse recruiting strategies such as headhunting, cold calling, referrals, social networking, and internet-based sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline.





•⁠ ⁠Quickly understand technical job requirements and efficiently submit qualified consultant profiles within tight timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications:

•⁠ Minimum 6 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.

•⁠ MUST experience in US staffing.

. Must have valuable English communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Good salary + bonus
