Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with account managers and hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements, organizational culture, and talent strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess qualifications, values alignment, and work eligibility (U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B Transfers).
- Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer processes in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure a high standard of candidate experience.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in inclusive hiring.
- Mentor junior recruitment team members to enhance overall sourcing and hiring capabilities.
