Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top IT talent through sourcing methods like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
2. Job Postings: Draft compelling job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms.
3. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage candidate interviews with hiring managers for a seamless process.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
6. Offer Management: Negotiate and prepare job offers, manage offer acceptances, and oversee onboarding processes.
7. Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.
9. Compliance:



Ensure adherence to legal and company policies during recruitment activities.
10. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
11. Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment performance, market trends, and other insights.

Requirements
