We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling C2C requirements, sourcing top IT talent, and working with Implementation Partners in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment with a primary focus on C2C requirements.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist technical candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
Work closely with Implementation Partners and consultants.
Negotiate rates and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
Strong experience handling C2C requirements.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
Good understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Implementation Partners.
Knowledge of W2 and Full-time hiring is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
