US IT Recruiter (Intern & Experienced)

Arzon Global Labs is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities

- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate communication and technical skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
- Stay updated on US IT technologies, visa types, and recruitment trends.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility

Interns

- Freshers or recent graduates from any discipline.




- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage.

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

- 13 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience with sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, US tax terms, and visa types.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
