Position: Bench Sales Recruiter (IT Staffing)

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

? What You'll Do

Market bench consultants to implementation partners and direct clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.

Identify suitable job opportunities and submit consultant profiles.

Negotiate pay rates, contracts, and close placements.

Coordinate with recruiters and account managers throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Stay updated with the latest US IT staffing trends and hiring requirements.

? What We're Looking For





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT technologies.

Knowledge of the US Staffing process is preferred.

Familiarity with visa types such as H1B, OPT, GC, and USC.

Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, or similar job portals is an advantage.

Solid negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
