What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Basic understanding of MSP/VMS requirements
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing through job portals and Boolean search is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment
- Source and screen candidates using job portals and Boolean search techniques
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups
- Work on client requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline
- Support rate negotiations and candidate closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely submissions
