Are you an experienced US Tax Accountant or Enrolled Agent (EA) looking to work directly with mid-sized US businesses and CPA firms?

We're looking for professionals with hands-on expertise in US Tax Compliance, Payroll Taxes, and Business Tax Advisory to join a rapid-growing Shared Services team supporting international clients.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare & review US Federal and State Tax Returns (1120, 1120S, 1065 & 1040)

✅ Handle Payroll Tax Compliance (Forms 941, 940, W-2, 1099, State Filings)

✅ Support tax planning, entity structuring, and business advisory

✅ Respond to IRS and State notices

✅ Work directly with US CPA firms and client finance teams

✅ Support tax provision activities and ensure compliance with changing US tax regulations

We're Looking For

✔ 5–7 years of US Tax experience serving mid-sized businesses

✔ Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is mandatory (US CPA is an added advantage)





✔ Strong knowledge of Federal & Multi-State Taxation

✔ Experience with tax software such as UltraTax, Drake, or Lacerte

✔ Hands-on experience with Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks Payroll

✔ Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Comfortable working in US business hours

Preferred

⭐ Multi-state tax experience

⭐ Exposure to US entity structuring (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp)

⭐ Experience supporting international businesses entering the US market
