Role & responsibilities To plan, supervise, execute, and monitor the construction, renovation, and maintenance of project office buildings, staff camps, residential quarters, guest houses, and associated industrial infrastructure, ensuring timely completion in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the construction of project offices, site camps, staff accommodations, guest houses, residential quarters, and associated utility buildings.

- Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved architectural, structural, and service drawings.

- Coordinate construction activities with contractors, consultants, and other project departments.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

- Supervise excavation, foundations, RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, roofing, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.

- Verify reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and finishing activities before execution.

- Ensure proper utilization of labor, construction equipment, and materials.





- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Supervise construction of internal roads, drainage systems, boundary walls, retaining walls, parking areas, septic tanks, overhead and underground water tanks, and other external development works.

- Coordinate installation of water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and utility services in coordination with MEP teams.

- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, inspection procedures, and applicable codes.

- Prepare work schedules and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress.

- Coordinate material requirements with procurement and stores.

- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, inspection records, and material registers.

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.

- Maintain updated drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
