Preferred candidate profile: This role ensures timely achievement of program milestones, budget control, quality deliverables, risk mitigation, customer coordination, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, purchase, quality, production, tooling, finance, and supplier teams.

- Prepare, consolidate, and monitor program budgets covering tooling, development, validation, fixtures, gauges, and customer deliverables.
- Track actual expenditure against approved budget and highlight deviations with corrective action plans.
- Maintain updated commercial records for LOI, agreements, ECN recovery, tooling cost, and customer approvals.
- Assess commercial impact of engineering changes and coordinate timely recovery from the customer wherever applicable.
- Act as the key coordination point for customer program milestones, reviews, open issues, and launch readiness.
- Share program status updates with the customer at agreed frequency, including timing, risks & concerns.




- Track engineering changes, technical inputs, drawing releases, validation requirements, and their impact on cost, timing, and quality.
- Ensure event readiness at least two weeks before customer milestones by reviewing parts, tooling, process, quality, logistics, and documentation status.
- Plan, monitor, and control program activities in line with APQP, customer-specific requirements, and internal gate review process.
- Maintain master timing plan, open issue list, risk register, gate deliverables, and program review records.
- Conduct regular cross-functional reviews with engineering, quality, production, purchase, SCM, tooling, finance, and supplier quality teams.
- Report program health to management with transparent status on timing, cost, quality, risks, and critical support required.
- Lead smooth handover after SOP/IFC, including lesson learnt, TGR/TGW, documentation closure, and launch stabilization actions
