Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Healthcare Claims Executive with 15 years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in claims processing, AR follow-up, denial management, and payment posting while ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process and submit medical claims accurately to insurance payers.
2. Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.
3. Analyze and resolve denied or rejected claims.
4. Perform payment posting and account reconciliation.
5. Verify patient insurance eligibility and perks.
6. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up to maximize collections.
7. Ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submission.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
9. Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Claims Processing, AR Follow-up, and Denial Management.
- Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and healthcare billing software.

Qualification

- Any Graduate (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare-related qualifications preferred).
- Willing to Work US Time Zone
