Position: Senior HR Operations Manager

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Manager to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to building effective HR policies and processes. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling End-to-End HR Operations
- Managing HR processes, employee lifecycle & operations




- Team handling and people management responsibilities
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and leadership
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee induction and end-to-end onboarding formalities
- Manage payroll inputs, coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Address employee grievances and support resolution in a fair and timely manner
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
- Support overall HR operations and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Should be good in Excel
- Prior experience in HR Operations with team handling exposure
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Female candidates preferred
