- Coordinating with teams (senior/ junior planners, architects, engineers, GIS specialists, clients);
- Field surveys, data gathering, survey coordination, other site related works.
- Data analytics, GIS, thematic mapping etc.
- Documentation (proposals, reports, specs) and quality presentations (Powerpoint, graphic);
- Ensuring code compliance and supporting project management from concept to completion;
- Design ideas with technical execution for townships, mixed land use, residential, commercial, or other sector developments;
