Position: Urban Planner

Location: Gwalior

Experience: 1-2 year (Fresher’s with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or Civil Engineer Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities :

· Assist in conducting research and analysis on urban development projects, land use, and infrastructure planning.

· Support the development of strategic urban plans, zoning regulations, and land-use maps to enhance city layouts.

· Collaborate with senior planners, architects, engineers, and government agencies to ensure sustainable urban development.

· Evaluate environmental, social, and economic impacts of urban projects under supervision.

· Prepare feasibility studies, reports, and presentations for stakeholders with guidance from senior team members.

· Help in formulating transportation, housing, and public space planning strategies.

· Stay updated on urban policies, regulations, and smart city initiatives to support ongoing projects.





· Engage with local communities and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure effective planning.

Required Skills

· Basic proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), AutoCAD, and urban modeling software’s & Preparation of BOQs

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and presentation skills.

· Understanding of urban design principles, sustainable development, and smart city concepts.

· Basic knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and planning policies. Benefits
