Job Title: Unity Manager Life Insurance Sales

Location: Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad-Secunderabad, Hyderabad-Banjara Hills, Mancherial, Guntur, Madanapalle, Tirupati, Nandyal, Vizianagaram, Palasa, Rajamundry, Nellore Candidates must reside within these locations.

Salary: 4.8 LPA + Incentives (Based on Performance) + 2000 Traveling Expenses + 700 Phone Bill

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a Unity Manager for our Life Insurance Sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, with a robust ability to recruit and train advisors, manage performance, and achieve business targets. The role involves providing ongoing support to advisors, ensuring they adhere to business processes, and delivering financial solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit quality advisors to build a strong advisor base working on a commission basis.
- Provide training on products, business processes, and selling techniques.
- Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Ensure advisors deliver appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs and adhere to business processes and norms.
- Achieve monthly business targets for new business and advisor recruitment.
- Monitor and ensure that advisor performance aligns with business quality metrics.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and validate issues with authorities.




- Prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions through due diligence.
- Meet sales targets and earn rewards based on achievements.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in field sales.
- Skills: Manageable English and excellent local language skills.
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Shift: Day Shift with one week off.
- Age: Up to 31 years.
- Transportation: Bike and License mandatory.
- Location: Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad-Secunderabad, Hyderabad-Banjara Hills, Mancherial, Guntur, Madanapalle, Tirupati, Nandyal, Vizianagaram, Palasa, Rajamundry, Nellore.
- Bond: No bond requirement.

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred or a maximum of 1-month notice period.
- Documents Required: Aadhar card, PAN card, Experience letter, 3 months' pay slips, all educational documents.
