Role Description The UKG Pro WFM Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for clients. Daily activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing WFM configurations (scheduling, timekeeping, labor rules), and executing system setup and testing. The consultant works closely with client stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancements or integrations.

The role also involves preparing documentation, delivering end-user training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing support.

Qualifications





Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar WFM/time and attendance systems, including configuration, testing, and production support.

Background in HR, payroll, or workforce operations, with the ability to translate business processes into system solutions and optimized workflows.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements gathering, data validation, and issue resolution in complex environments.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with clients, leading meetings, and delivering training or demonstrations.

Proficiency with general IT tools and concepts, such as SQL or reporting tools, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms; exposure to system integrations is an advantage.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects or tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior consulting experience is a plus.
