As a Full Stack Developer Manager, you will lead the development and management of innovative software products within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for overseeing product management processes, driving the creation of cutting-edge solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, strategically plan projects, and uphold professional standards. You will play a crucial role in motivating your team to deliver quality work, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance project outcomes. Your ability to navigate complex challenges and inspire your team will contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on developing software solutions that meet client needs and align with industry trends. Your expertise in managing product innovation will be instrumental in driving success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.





Responsibilities Leading product management initiatives within the software and product innovation domain

Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of product development and marketing strategies

Utilizing agile methodology to enhance product ideation and roadmap creation

Conducting competitive analysis and customer needs analysis to inform product strategy

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and service excellence

Developing business cases and operationalizing product specifications to meet market demands

Promoting digitization and embracing change to improve product management processes

Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster professional growth and inclusion

Validating product vision and strategy alignment with industry trends in technology, media, and telecommunications What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree

At least 4 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Design, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Design, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics

Demonstrating proficiency in Agile Methodology and Business Process Modeling

Excelling in Product Development and Product Management

Utilizing strategic planning and competitive analysis skills

Embracing change and digitization in technology projects

Leading teams with a focus on coaching and feedback

Analyzing customer needs and enhancing customer satisfaction
