Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Technical Recruiter - UK & Europe Staffing. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with candidates.

Qualifications

- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Experience in hiring and recruiting for UK & Europe Staffing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Experience in the information technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
