About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a user-centered designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong track record of delivering intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences. You will lead design initiatives, shape product strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities

:Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications—from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery

.Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions

.Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

.Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces

.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment

.Facilitate and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder presentations

.Produce UX documentation, including IA maps, annotated wireframes, and design specifications for development handoff

.Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products

.Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices (e.g., WCAG compliance)





.Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced design workflows .

Required Skills & Qualification s:8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or complex application desig n.Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tool s.Robust understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual hierarch y.Experience designing enterprise applications, e-commerce, or productivity tool s.Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practice s.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audience s.Experience creating developer-ready assets and documentatio n.Understanding of design systems and scalable component-based desig n.

Preferred Qualificatio ns:Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or experience collaborating closely with front-end develope rs.Experience in UX writing, storytelling, or creating presentation-ready asse ts.Visual design skills such as illustration, motion graphics, or video editi ng.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related fie ld.
