We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing exceptional digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the complete design lifecycle of digital products—from understanding user requirements to creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and collaborating with developers for implementation. You will work on both internal products and client projects, ensuring intuitive, up-to-date, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into intuitive user experiences.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing UI screens.
- Conduct UX research and analyze user behavior where required.
- Maintain consistency using design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate closely with developers,



project managers, and stakeholders.
- Create assets, icons, illustrations, and design specifications for development.
- Ensure responsive and cross-platform compatibility.
- Improve existing products through usability enhancements and UI refinements.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of UI and UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred).
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems.
- Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with animation or micro-interactions is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,232.85 - ₹48,659.51 per month
