About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 45 years of experience to join our growing design team at Coverfox. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UI trends, and product thinking, with experience designing digital products for both B2B and B2C audiences.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Teams, Developers, and Stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will also contribute to client technology solutions while maintaining a high standard of usability and design consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to final UI.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency across multiple products and client solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
- Balance user needs with business goals while delivering impactful design solutions.

Required Skills

- 45 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.




- Solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design projects.
- Expertise in Figma (mandatory) for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Good understanding of user research, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
- Experience creating responsive and adaptive interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in Product Companies, FinTech, Insurance, or SaaS Platforms.
- Experience designing for both B2B dashboards and B2C customer journeys.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Experience collaborating directly with development teams and business stakeholders.
