Lascade is looking for a creative and confident UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator to produce authentic, engaging, and high-converting video content for our software products.

We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on camera, telling stories, and creating content that feels natural, relatable, and engaging.

If you’re comfortable speaking in front of the camera and love creating content that people enjoy watching, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Create authentic short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Produce product demonstrations, reviews, tutorials, testimonials, and lifestyle-style videos.
- Write simple scripts and confidently present products on camera.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to develop engaging content ideas.
- Record multiple content variations for advertising campaigns and A/B testing.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and creator best practices.
- Participate in product launches, marketing campaigns,



and promotional activities.
- Help build a relatable and trustworthy brand through authentic storytelling.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve engagement and conversions.

- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience creating paid advertising content.
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement.
