A patient sees the doctor, gets a treatment plan, says they will think about it, and then goes quiet. The dentistry was right. The plan was right. Nobody followed through on the conversation.

That conversation is this job.

What you will do

- Speak with patients soon after their clinic visit, while the consultation is still fresh
- Understand the treatment plan the doctor proposed and be able to explain it in plain language, in English or Hindi
- Answer the questions patients did not ask while they were in the chair, which is usually about cost, time, pain, and whether they really need it now
- Work through cost objections honestly, including phasing treatment, discussing options, and payment paths
- Negotiate with the clinic as well as the patient, so you can bring back a workable number instead of a flat no
- Follow up properly until the patient either starts treatment or genuinely decides against it




- Track what worked and what did not, so we get better at it

Who we are looking for

Either of these backgrounds works:

- A BDS doctor who is happy doing this remotely, over calls, rather than clinically
- An experienced dental assistant or hygienist who is genuinely well spoken and confident on the phone In both cases we need:
- Fluency in English and Hindi, and comfort switching between them mid conversation
- Real working knowledge of dentistry and treatments, including implants, aligners, braces, RCT and crowns. You should be able to hold your own when a patient asks a clinical question
- The judgement to negotiate in two directions at once, keeping the patient's trust while staying realistic with the clinic
- Patience for follow up. Most conversions do not happen on the first call The details
- Fully remote, work from home

- You will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
