Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our franchise travel office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, managing travel enquiries, coordinating with the head office, and ensuring a smooth booking process from enquiry to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with travel enquiries.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- Coordinate with the head office for quotations, availability, and booking confirmations.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer information in the company's ERP system.
- Ensure all booking details and documentation are complete and accurate.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise office.
- Coordinate with the head office for operational support and updates.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and a professional customer experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or retail sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to learn and work with ERP software.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
