Role Description The Travel Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries for business and leisure travelers.

The Travel

Specialist will communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide travel advice, manage bookings, handle changes or cancellations, and ensure a smooth travel experience end to end. Day-to-day tasks include using travel management tools and vendor platforms, maintaining accurate records, monitoring travel policies and budgets, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.



The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize travel solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including planning itineraries and managing bookings.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors.

Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with Business Travel, including corporate travel policies and budget-conscious planning.

Proficiency with reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and basic office software is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines are required.

Prior experience in a travel agency, corporate travel desk, or hospitality setting is an advantage.

A diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
