Communicates clearly with hotels, transport vendors, DMCs, and internal teams

Handles multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Solves problems quickly and professionally

Brings robust attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Your Key Responsibilities Daily Coordination & Execution

Work closely with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, vendors, and clients

Ensure all operational arrangements are executed smoothly and on time

Maintain continuous communication for confirmations, updates, and changes Vendor Handling & Negotiation

Negotiate rates with vendors and hotel partners

Ensure the services offered meet the expected quality standards

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated trackers, reports, and operational documents

Work on MS Excel and other tools to ensure accurate data management

Share timely updates with internal teams for seamless workflow Issue Resolution & Support

Handle escalations and address operational challenges promptly

Ensure all policies, guidelines, and compliance standards are followed





Assist in creating itineraries and operational plans where required You’re the Right Fit If You Have A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 6 months of experience in domestic travel operations Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
