This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Bengaluru.
The Travel
Consultant will be responsible for organizing and managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Additional tasks may include managing travel plans, liaising with travel vendors, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in planning and executing large-scale events / projects / group tours
Attention to detail and accuracy. Thorough and systematic work.
Complete understanding of trip operations, including planning, logistics & customer experience Driven & motivated with a proven track record in managing systems and processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexible, positive mindset to adapt to change
Advanced computer skills and solid Google Office skills (advanced level)
Committed, willing to work long hours as required.
