Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
- Handle and drive ServiceNow ITOM & Now Assist Transformation and Drive adoption of Now Assist capabilities
- Own, Design and Deploy - Autonomous Operations Center (AOC) and establish operational intelligence framework
- Must Lead the Observability & Monitoring Transformation
- Lead automation programs across the application portfolio.
- Own the definition, governance, tracking, and realization of all transformation commitments.
- Establish and operate transformation governance across the engagement
- Serve as the primary transformation liaison between customer and Tech Mahindra.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of IT Operations, Application Management, Infrastructure, or Service Management experience
- 7+ years leading transformation programs
- Experience managing large-scale AMO engagements
- Experience driving productivity and automation programs
- Robust stakeholder management at executive level
