NJob Purpose:

NThe role of Transaction Monitoring Analyst plays a key role in identifying and investigating suspicious fund transfers across the bank. The role helps safeguard the bank against financial crime by generating insights, preparing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), and supporting AML strategies that align with our customer-first approach.

- Monitor and investigate suspicious fund transfers across assigned business units.

- Perform AML reviews andsupport independent investigations.
N




- Aggregate data from multiple sources for comprehensive risk assessments.
N
- Prepare and submit STRswith detailed summaries and insights.
N
- Advise business units on AML-related risks and trends.
N
- Identify financial trends that may pose risks to the bank.
N
- Support development of AML strategies and risk processes.
N
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
N
- Attention to detail andability to work with large datasets.
N
- Positive communication and presentation skills.

- Understanding of AML regulations and risk frameworks.

nEducational Qualifications:

NGraduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

NPost-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.Com) / Master of Arts (MA)

NExperience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
