Role Description The Training Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations while training and coaching team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. This role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising service standards, monitoring food safety and hygiene, and ensuring adherence to brand operating procedures.

The Training Restaurant

Manager will conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions, mentor shift leaders, support performance evaluations, and promote a culture of learning and accountability. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory and ordering, supporting sales and promotional activities,



analyzing daily performance metrics, and working with leadership to implement operational improvements. The role requires active presence on the restaurant floor, leading by example, and maintaining a positive, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

Strong restaurant operations and team leadership skills, with experience supervising staff in a quick-service or casual dining environment.

Training, coaching, and staff development skills, including the ability to deliver structured training sessions and provide constructive feedback.

Customer service and communication skills to engage guests, resolve issues, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, with attention to detail in following brand and regulatory requirements.

Basic business and administrative skills, including inventory management, cash handling, and understanding of sales and cost controls.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Prior experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or shift supervisor is preferred.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage, but relevant work experience will also be considered.

Comfort with using restaurant systems and basic digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and training documentation.
