Our Training

Unit - EJOBINDIA is a leading training institute in Kolkata offering industry-relevant programmes in Web Designing, PHP, .NET, Angular, React, Cloud, Cyber Security, and most recently Agentic AI & Digital Marketing. We’re looking for a passionate Training & Placement Executive to join our team and deliver high-quality performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with students for career guidance, resume building, and interview preparation.

Manage placement drives, campus recruitment events, and interviews.

Liaise with the companies to facilitate the recruitment of EJOBINDIA students.

Maintain placement records, generate reports, and track recruitment outcomes.

Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and soft-skill sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

0 – 2 years of experience in Training, HR, Placement Coordination, or Student Engagement.

Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi (written & spoken).

Excellent communication, organizational,



and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office & basic data management. What we offer:
